feedback: The whole service of the hotel was good without attitude but with a smile cleanness was 9 / 10 perfect I would say.

feedback: I would be happy to share my opinions of the B&B Tourist House Ghiberti, it was fabulous! Claudio was always helpful and accomodating. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect as it was right in the heart of the city. Our trip was spectacular. We will definitely be back there whenever we get a chance to visit Florence again.
